First Snow!
The snow started falling at 8:07 A.M.. I drank a cup of hot tea and looked out of the kitchen window at petite flakes performing a light choreographed waltz. This mini matinee only lasted about 15 minutes, but it whispered a promise of much bigger things to come. Southwestern Pennsylvania hasn't had a white Christmas in 6 years. I hope (I hope, I hope) December, 2008 holds the snowfall record. I'm putting my request into Santa.
