Jamie Anne's Stuffed French Toast

On her blog, Half a Dozen, Jamie Anne gave her famous stuffed french toast recipe. So amazing! I added vanilla and cinnamon to my egg & milk mixture while making the french toast to give it more sweetness. For the filling, I used powdered sugar instead of granulated and added more vanilla to that as well. You can also see in the photo that I made mine open-faced instead of stuffed (got more filling that way!). Just wanted to give a shout out to my PH sister for a this-is-definitely-a-keeper recipe.
